Polishing	Polishing uses mechanical, chemical or electrochemical effects to reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece to obtain a bright and smooth surface.
Laser carving	Laser processing, also known as optical maser. It is the process of using high-energy-density light beam to irradiate the surface of the material to vaporize or change the color of the material. The laser depth can be adjusted as needed.
Spray paint	Spray paint is a coating method in which spray gun or dish atomizer is used to disperse into uniform and fine droplets by means of pressure or centrifugal force and apply to the surface of the object to be coated.
Print	Printing is the process of making text, pictures, photos, anti-counterfeiting and other manuscripts. We use plate making, inking, pressing and etc to transfer the ink onto the surface of paper, textiles, plastics, leather, PVC, PC and other materials.
Electroplating	Electroplating-vacuum plating, process introduction: vacuum plating mainly includes vacuum evaporation, sputtering and ion plating. Under vacuum conditions,the plastic parts surface were deposited on all kinds of metal or non-metal film through distillation or sputtering. In this way, a very thin surface coating can be obtained.

2. How do I get a quote?

4. What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Hight, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.

5.Will my drawings be divulged if you benefit?
No, we pay much attention to protect our customers’ privacy of drawings, signing NDA is also accepted if need.

6. Can you provide samples before mass production?
Sure, sample fee is needed, will be returned when mass production if possible.

7. How about the lead time?
Generally, 1-2 weeks for samples, 3-4 weeks for mass production.

8. How do you control the quality?
(1)Material inspection--Check the material surface and roughly dimension.
(2)Production first inspection--To ensure the critical dimension in mass production.
(3)Sampling inspection--Check the quality before sending to the warehouse.
(4)Pre-shipment inspection--100% inspected by QC assistants before shipment.

9. What will you do if we receive poor quality parts?
